I started Heart & Hearth with my two dogs in 2022 as a new adventure after a life-changing accident. In 2023 my almost 14 y/o Pomeranian (Bean) crossed that dreaded rainbow bridge, and I stepped back from taking jobs and updating this website. I feel ready to love some new dogs so here we are again! I've been a home and pet caretaker for many years for agencies, Rover, friends, and family. As well as a teacher, nanny, insurance agent, bartender, elections administrator, freelance writer and website creator, student mentor, senior home volunteer, and even an MTV employee! I love reading, traveling, cooking, creating art, puzzles/games, long walks with my pup (and everyone’s dogs), and making people laugh. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid 19.
